The price structure for our debt relief services is simple and straightforward. When you have your consultation with one of our debt relief attorneys, you will receive what’s called a “payment quote”. This is essentially how much you will pay if you decide to join the program. This monthly payment is calculated by taking into account the total amount of debt you have, your budget, and how quickly you want to pay off your debts. We will provide you with payment choices and help you decide what is best for your budget. Throughout your program, we will work with you to be as flexible as possible and will always work in your best interest.
All of the funds for settlement are kept in a safe and secured FDIC insured bank account (with additional safeguards and insurance from loss or theft) and in an attorney trust account. This provides our clients with the peace of mind that their money is safe with the added bonus of attorney ethical responsibilities to manage the trust funds.
At Tayne Law Group, we strive to make the process for our clients as convenient and clear as possible. We accept multiple types of payments- including direct ACH from bank accounts -and our firm prides itself on its transparency, taking the time to walk clients through the payment process. Our clients are also able to contact our in-house accounting department at any time to learn more about where their money comes from and where it goes. And because of Tayne Law Group’s strict no billing policy, all office contact comes at no charge to our clients. All you have to do is make one monthly payment and we will take care of the rest!
