You should be able to. By eliminating your debt and saving money, you’ll be a better candidate and have more options when and if you need it.

Once you’re working with our firm, you can tell creditors you have an attorney and that you are authorizing them to speak with us. You do not need to talk with them at this point, and we generally advise that you don’t. Once you start the program, a debtor authorization form will be sent to them from our office advising them that we represent you, so the calls should stop.
