A debt collector is any person who regularly collects debts owed to others.

This includes attorneys who collect debts on a regular basis. Debt collectors are not your friends and will try to bend the rules to get you to make a payment to them. Many collectors have violated the law in their attempts to collect the debts owed but you may not even know this violation happened to you if you dealt with them on your own without help from experts from our firm.
